DA Youth Leader, Makashule Gana, and DA Youth Chair, Mbali Ntuli, will be speaking at Youth Day celebrations in East London on Thursday 16 June. As part of the day-long DA Youth Day Festival, which involves educational workshops and entertainment, they will be addressing DA supporters from around the Eastern Cape on the theme of ‘overcoming the new struggle together’.
Programme:
10.30am – Festival opens.
12pm-12.40pm – Breakaway workshop led by Federal Training and Development Chair, Hlanganani Gumbi, on the DA Student Organisation (DASO).
13h00-13h30 – Speech by DA Youth Chair Mbali Ntuli and DA Youth Leader Makashule Gana.
13h30-14h10 – Breakaway workshop led by DA Youth Chair Mbali Ntuli on the history and future of the DA.
14h30-15h10 – Breakaway workshop led by DA Youth Leader Makashule Gana on the Open, Opportunity Society for All.

I was wondering why there was an ANC youth league and not a DA youth league, but surprisingly there is a DA youth group. It is very sad that we never hear anything about this group, I have been talking to friends and family and not one of them knew of the existance of a DA youth league. I think it would be in your interest and in the interest of DA supporters to promote your group thereby encouraging more youngsters to join your party.. Everybody knows who Julius Malema is, but how many people know who is head of the DA youth League?..Not many Im sure.
